Who is the owner of the land? Can we also be the owners of the land on paper? What will happen after 20 years, or if something happens with your company in-between?  

50% of the land is in our ownership and 50% is leased for 20 years from a family living on the island. The land where your home is standing is leased to you for 20 years and after that period, we will extend the agreements in mutual interests. In the worst case scenario, if you wouldn’t want to have the home there anymore, it is a mobile home, so you could move it to your preferred location. This is a high investment for all of us, so we have a plan to make a fully sustainable camp with all necessary facilities and activities for our guests and not to leave the project after 20 years. To have land leased for 20 years is a common practice in Croatia.
